Wireless Construction Project Manager Location: Irving, TX Work Setup: Hybrid Join a leading telecommunications organization focused on expanding and enhancing next-generation wireless network infrastructure. As a Wireless Construction Project Manager, you will oversee multiple wireless network construction projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective project planning, financial management, vendor coordination, and construction oversight.
Responsibilities:
•
Manage construction activities for multiple simultaneous wireless network infrastructure projects.
•
Oversee project execution from initial proposal and budgeting through final delivery and closeout.
•
Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
•
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders through meetings, calls, and status updates.
•
Review construction drawings and evaluate post-construction closeout packages for accuracy and compliance.
•
Track financial performance, project expenditures, and forecasting activities.
•
Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting using Google Workspace tools.
Requirements:
•
Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
•
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or 3+ years of experience supporting Macro Cell Site Build projects.
•
3–5+ years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, preferably supporting Macro New Site Builds or Modification Projects.
•
Experience managing construction schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships.
•
Knowledge of wireless network construction standards and best practices.
•
Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
•
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
•
Proficiency with Google Workspace, including advanced functions such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
•
Experience reviewing construction drawings and post-construction documentation.
•
Previous experience supporting Telecommunication projects and familiarity with Telecommunication tools such as FUZE.
•
Knowledge of Samsung RAN equipment and wireless telecom technologies.
•
Understanding of RF, transport, and wireless construction methodologies.
