Wireless Construction Engineer/PM

Responsibilities: • Manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects. Specifically, these projects will involve feasibility surveying and oversight of 5G Home Ready (5GHR) infrastructure in Multi-dwelling units (MDU’s). • Provide financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service including adherence to specific contracted price points. • Daily activities include schedule and financial management as well as interfacing with vendors via calls and meetings. Property owner and/or management collaboration is a must here to maintain working relationships at MDU’s. Assisting GC’s with troubleshooting during integration activities is also required. • Must have attention to detail, sense of urgency and wireless network in-building construction experience as well as technical aptitude with computers to navigate tools. MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): • Minimum 5-7 years of in-building construction and deployment experience, including hands-on field work. • Demonstrated success in managing vendors, contracts, and fiscal targets. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal). • Ability to be innovative and develop solutions to challenges using critical thinking capabilities. DESIRED SKILLS: • Prior experience in Telecommunication tools such as FUZE, ESA, FIM Lite.
