Echodyne is seeking a Product Manager to join our fast-growing team. This is an exempt role.
Responsibilities:

The Product Manager will own the roadmap for Echodyne's accessory ecosystem, including deployment kits, mounting solutions, power systems, cables, junction boxes, tripods, and future accessories that simplify customer integration and deployment. Acting as the voice of the customer, this individual will translate operational needs into products that improve the customer experience while partnering closely with engineering, operations, suppliers, and external development partners.

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Echodyne's radar accessory portfolio.
•
Engage with customers, integrators, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand deployment challenges and identify new accessory opportunities.
Requirements:
•
Prioritize accessory investments based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and cost.
•
Work closely with external design, manufacturing, and technology partners throughout product development and launch.
•
Collaborate with Program Management to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and product readiness.
•
Partner with Supply Chain and Supplier Management to support sourcing decisions, supplier selection, and product transitions.
•
Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market recommendations with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions Engineering.

Monitor customer feedback, field performance, and market trends to continuously improve the accessory portfolio.
•
Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
•
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or another technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
•
3+ years of product management or related experience managing technical hardware products.
•
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
•
Experience working with external suppliers, OEM partners, contract manufacturers, or technology partners.
•
Ability to balance customer needs, cost, quality, schedule, and business objectives when making product decisions.
